We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Item must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- All original accessories, inserts, and documentation must be included.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened collectible figures and blind boxes.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@wawatoysa.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
- Ship the item to the return address provided with your RMA.
Return Shipping
Buyer’s responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please email returns@wawatoysa.shop with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
